·          Mechanical engineers – must be CAD (Pro E, UniGraphix, Catia), literate and have marine development experience.    ·          Mechatronics engineers  – must have knowledge and experience of control systems.   ·          Product planners – must have experience in engineering project management and a sound knowledge of industrial processes.   ·          Development engineers – must have experience in engineering development and test protocols.   ·          Assembly Technicians – required for the assembly and overhaul of gearbox and drive systems.
