 The Axis Drive™ enjoyed a very successful launch at Ibex 2008 in Miami 06-08 October with its first introduction into the US boating industry.
As the following quote from IBI magazine feedback shows, Caudwell Marine was extremely well received by the industry in general and OEM’s in particular with the stand enjoying a consistency of fascination and interest. “Perhaps the most ambitious start up at Ibex and certainly one of the most notable booths was Caudwell Marine.”
Visitors to the stand were impressed by the revolutionary engineering elements and design which were clearly demonstrated by the different features on the stand.
Caudwell Marine was proud to be acknowledged for its revolutionary invention. Receiving an honorable mention for their Axis Drive™ in the Inboard engine category at the Innovation Awards Breakfast, held on the final morning of the show.
Ibex 2008 proved to be an ideal show to introduce an innovation drive which OEM’s welcomed as a “breath of fresh innovation”. In spite of the current economic situation, the industry is still looking for great ideas to create new product and sales opportunities.
