Caudwell Marine™ had a very successful consumer introduction of the Axis Drive™ at the Miami International Boat Show 12 – 16 February to a very impressed and receptive audience.

The Caudwell Marine™ stand was consistently busy with visitors who were extremely interested and excited about the new Drive and who enjoyed the different interactive elements on display. Many visitors were drawn onto the stand after the glistening stainless steel construction of the Axis Drive™ caught their attention. Once on the stand, the virtual helm with the twin installation V6 engines was another main attraction, where the visitors could test the features and functionality of the custom made digital throttle and shift mechanism first hand.

Caudwell Marine™ once again drew a lot of attention from OEM’s in the industry who are eager to try out the Axis Drive™. Particularly for those companies who are looking towards new revolutionary ideas and products that allow them to offer value to dealers and boat users in a tough trading environment.

The Caudwell Marine™ Axis Drive™ is set to be available from the end of 2009 and consumers will have the opportunity to try the system at the Miami International Boat Show 2010.
